First of all i wish to state my respect to all the people spending working hours on incarna project, all hard work is to be respected, no matter on the outcome.
I would like this topic to be as an survey on how many ppl dislike cq.
It is actually so annoyng to me that i wish i never have to dock again...
There is nothing useful in this, it only makes playng eve more difficult. Every single thing it offers was (and still is) available through neocom and station buttons.
One of the worst things it brought is loosing abiliti to change ships by dragging ship icons on station bckgroud.
Second terrible thing, most horrific of all, is not beiing able to SPIN MY SHIP. Spinning ships is EVE's most rudimentary feature, and is missed badly.. :((
I understand that this issue is an platform for future upgrades like walking even deeper in station, and who knows what else, but any of this is just distracton from eve UNIVERSE.
I play eve for 5 years, and pay 4 accounts, and logging in to an SIMS enviroment is really ****ing me off..
Anybody else hate cq and want station back, pls state it here!

Actually I agree.
I cannot see any reason what so ever ship spinning couldn't stay.
I love just zooming in and looking at the detail at high graphics setting before going out in crappy settings to blow people up (or get blown up) :P
And the balcony doesn't spin, makes the ships look pathetic too.
Take comfort in knowing that its probably some pimply faced twit, or 40 year old virgin, who gleens everytime mommy offfers to take them to needle point lessons |

Hmmm...right click on ship - show info - left click on ship pic, and spin/zoom/look/****over all the way you like.
What's the problem?

I'm fine with the additions...just don't force me to use them because I wont. I am not interested in SIMS in EVE at all.

Now, I've seen mention multiple times that this offers nothing that can't already be accessed through the current menu's. My simple question is this:
Do you WANT them to add things that could only be used from CQ, or full walking in stations?
I don't mind CQ myself. It's just a single step on a longer path. But no matter what's added, I sincerely hope that EVERYTHING will have redundant access in the neocom. Sure, it means that CQ will never be necessary in that light ... but more options is better.
Like removing the current hangar view. Why do that?

There are no future features with CCP, only future lies and extended downtimes.
CCP is getting away from "online" content and going more toward FaceBook style games or XBOX.

Click show info.
Now do something amazing click on the nice picture of the ship in the info window.
An new window will appear which you can resize....

In essence I have no issue with the idea of incarna. I just take exception to the fact that such a huge amount of work went into a feature that doesn't improve the actual game I (want to) play. It was forced on me. Sure I can disable it but my subscription fees were still wasted instead of investing it in space ships.
What really REALLY is making me angry is the item mall and the not-so-microtransactions... That destroys my trust in CCP being a half-decent company.
They made many mistakes and blunders in the past but at least I could take solace in the fact that they are at least trying to make as good a game as possible... Now I feel like they're just tying to bleed us for cash...
So now I have to put up with CCPs low quality, bugs and other mistakes AND know that my subscription is supporting a company that uses any low tactic to make a quick buck.
tl;dr: I don't hate the feature, I hate the bitter after taste that every transaction with CCP now has.
And I feel that CCP is basically whoring themselves out because of accountants like Zulu.
