Will we get the time that tranquility was down for added to our accounts? I for one was not able to get my PLEX in time to carry my account on thanks to the hours of delay.

if an account becomes inactive you can re-enable it for a few hours just to travel to Jita and buy a Plex.

Pretty sure you just petition via website once it's up, and they'll unlock your account for a short period of time. Fixed!
edit: or maybe it was via account mgmt...

downtime is always tacked onto your existing time.

Didn't you know today was patch day? Its a free expansion so don't think we get any added time I guess.

Firstly you continue training for 3 days after accounts expire
Secondly admitting your a numpty on the forum in a game such as eve will only get you flamed.. so may i be the first..
Leaving an account without sufficient time on a day that a major release is happening is stupid, plain stupid,

Fear not young padawan. Once tranq is back up. Go to the account managment for your lapsed account and find the 'hours for plex' option, this will give your account 4 hours of playtime to buy and active a plex.

Try living in the Au tz every dt is at 2100 and any patch day means you may as well forget eve. Its only the big patches that spill over, still another 7 hours and it will be a full day.

How about Aurum for missed time. Miss one day would be about 110aur

or, if you look at it another way, cunning. you keep training, but aren't paying for game time while CCP break everything.  (of course if DT is auto added to game time, then it's fairly irrelevant.)

You can reactivate for 4 hours to apply a plex, problem solved.

In the EULA it clearly states that if you whine about a refund due to planned downtime, CCP can come to your house and turn you into a Centipad.
