My system runs Incarna. Not the issue. The issue is, a lot of fluff with no addition to game play while simultaneously removing functionality and increasing system requirements. I've never had an issue running three clients on full graphics prior to this expansion. After this expansion I am unable to run three clients on low settings w/o risking damage to my computer due to overheating.
Before you start saying anything about my system specs, let me say this:

Corsair XMS PC10600 RAM - 8GB, DDR3
Coolmax CL-700B CL Power Supply
EVGA GeForce GTX 465 1gig superclocked GPU
Zalman VF3000F GPU cooler.
This is my work machine. I brought it home to run Incarna. It still gets hot even with non stock CPU and GPU cooling, 7 case fans and cleaned out of all dust and insects (found an 8" long dead centipede in the case lol). CPU isn't overclocked, and GPU is factory overclocked.
Now, my 'normal' home machine isn't quite as nice. And surprisingly, it runs Incarna cooler than my work machine, probably because I have the case open with a desk fan directed into the case to help get cooler air to the CPU and GPU cooling fans.
My home system:
Windows 7 Home Premiu x64
Standard ATX Midcase, no bells or whistles.
Asus M2N-SLI <Green> Motherboard (yeah I know, it's old)
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ (2 CPUs), ~2.6GHz (ditto)
ZEROtherm Butterfly BTF90 CPU cooler
8gigs DDR2 PC6400-800 ram
EVGA GT430 1 gig card
Here is the kicker. My work machine runs worse than my home machine with lower frames per second while docked. Runs hotter (unless I open the case and direct the desk fan into it, and then the temps are only marginally hotter due to a more powerful system overall). In space is where the real difference shows up. My work system smokes my home system massively in space. Full graphics, three clients, no hiccups or lag. Dock, and that is where the excrement hits the rotating air distribution device and sprays it all over. Heat skyrockets in both the CPU and GPU (CPU to almost dangerous levels).
In space my home system handles two clients with minimal graphics 'ok' whereas before I could run three clients with medium graphics w/o a hitch, and three clients with maxxed graphics with not real issues.
Just seems to me that there is deff a problem here and I am buggered if I can figure out wtf it is. I KNOW my cooling is sufficient on my work machine, and that the air movement within the case is more than enough to keep things cool.
*shakes head*. Meh.

It was neat for a minute walking around but I was over it pretty quick, especially after having to look at 'LOADING' the firt time I docked. Station enviroment is now unselected. I'd like to have my hanger back please.

I just want to have both.
I have no problems loading CQ on a 2 year old pc with a 9600gt running 2 clients. I dont mind CQ, its kind of cool and I can see the possibilities in the future. Doesn't take too long to load.
I'd just prefer it if when you first docked it took you to the old station hangar layout, you're still in your ship, quicker load times, quicker turn around. Then if you feel like depodding you do so and exit your pod to the CQ as it is now.
I cannot for the life of me understand why this can't be so. Makes more sense to me, from a gameplay perspective and especially from the immersion point of view.
Dock / Depod. Simple. It would solve everyones problems.

I have C2D [email protected], 4gb ram and XFX 5770. I run eve with all maxed out and in space i have 20-30% CPU/GPU usage while having 60fps (vsync on).
In CQ i max out my CPU/GPU at 100% for nothing. One rusty room with features that are slower than old UI.
I turned my CQ off. I want to drag my ship to hangar to make it active, double click to open cargo and to spin the goddamned ship.
Please CCP, let us choose to use hangar view if we want to.

Terrible, just terrible. Make it at least optional. No capsuleer would get out of his pod every time he/she docks JUST To get into another ship again. It makes much more sense to dock, be presented with the old window, and then also have an optionto 'unpod' into the station (if you want to afk chill or make your computer run cycles).

Unusable on my mac in a recent SISI build and pointless in its current implementation (other than as a window for MT generation). Let's see where this goes - but at the moment I'm just not convinced there is a game plan that resembles anything that I love about EvE Online. Because then they'd actually have stats on how many people have turned off CQ. That's also why the current opt-out is apparently only temporary.

It will be a simple decision.
Current laptop runs 4 clients.
If CQ makes it die in the bum then it will be "X".
And if it becomes impossible to play a couple of clients on a new laptop then I'm afraid I'll eventually play zero.

Laggy as hell and it works like crap. Why the f*** can't I order the toon to sit from across the room, I have to actually tell him to walk to the couch and THEN tell it to sit.
Why can't it stand up when I double click somewhere?

X My laptop miraculously seems to eb able to handle it at low settings pretty well (and no it is not some specially build gaming laptop just a 1.5 year old samsung) however at low settings my own characters just scare me, they look nothing like their portraits.
This one for example looks like some kid inside my the quarters.
beside that the load is to long to make it efficient when you need to swap in and out of ships rapidly for PVP.
will probably turn it back one once I get a PC that can handle it, sadly that won't be soon.

on my main i have cq active on max settings because i enjoy the environment. however on my alt, i am forced to have cq disabled, with the lowest settings to get a decent 60fps in space, 30fps in station. the same applies to when they are both in space, which is disappointing but not game ending. before i could run 3 accounts on max settings, and now i'd either have to run them all in low settings with cq disabled, or have one on high, one low, and run the third on my laptop (in low).
i have a gtx 460, core 2 duo 2.6, and 4 gigs of ram. while i'm not against moving on towards the future, i feel that this is a rather drastic diminishing in performance. i thought my computer had at least another year of life in it, but apparently i'm wrong. i can't see how i or anyone else would be able to run the finished incarnia (if it ever happens) on multiple clients unless they got a brand new top of the line rig. the dev blogs claiming that this only affects low end computers are laughable.
i've also been playing since 2008, and can say that this is one of the most disappointing releases i have experienced. i haven't given up hope yet, but i'm approaching what is known as "bitter-vet" syndrome, even though i'm a n00b. that's bad.

Ok i X up but not because i hate incarna.
My pc running 2 clients with CQ open at 40-60fps so great job CCP was really worried you was goin **** up the whole multi client thing.
But i still dont use it as it adds nothing gameplay wise that i cant already do using neocom YET notice put YET in capitols.Hopefully that be sorted soon(TM)
Looking forward to see where you can take the whole walking in stations thing.

I put my specs here so can compare or what ever like said running 2 clients performance wise its great for me 40-60 fps
