Seven WarTargets InSystem

I'm trying to think of other ways to describe an expansion that has rendered two computers, which until yesterday were fully capable of playing EVE obsolete, and brought a third, much newer, gaming built PC to its knees. All in exchange for one small room.
Any ideas for another way to phrase it?

Welcome to some time ago.
You guys never listen early enough nor make noise strong enough when it matters.
Guess what, even the "(do not) load station environment" is supposed to be TEMPORARY only.

Running it pretty much fine on my really ancient rig, only the gpu is kinda decent. Loading times are a bit long, but that might actually be my 10 year old hdd.

i run it fine. i can have 2 clients open, even 3 if i turn down the graphics slightly. sounds like your computer is bad. you, too, are probably bad.

That's the worst of the problems : that a lot of people could have easily seen it.
But... where were the screams then, when SOMETHING could have been altered or at least ever so slightly improved ?
Now, it's just screams at something done that (as usual) CCP won't really alter for a long, long time.

As someone with multiple accounts and only one computer atm, if the option to turn off station environment goes away I'll be going to find a different game to play.

As a player with a top end quad-core computer and decent graphics card. I have not trouble loading the CQ--but I still don't like it...

I am also wondering.
My pc really aint good, but is still doing just fine dual-boxing in CQ.
Probably there are still issues with some configurations, those will be adressed, i suppose. Maybe graphics driver issues?
(hope you at least looked at going down on some graphics options)

My thoughts exactly. Just makes me wanna become a Drug Lord in Panama to buy CCP off their hands with all the dirty money so we can have a separate client, a non Incarna one.

My video card (a GeForce 8800GT) cost about $100 a few years ago and while the framerate it lowish (in the teens), it's still perfectly playable for me. You can now get a much better one now for about $150.
If you want to play a modern computer game, you need a modern computer. This is nothing new. I remember having to upgrade my 486 to play Doom 1 in high detail mode and without having to shrink the view down to the size of a postage stamp.
