I've seen the same ship and bounty advertisement coming up all day long..
Please, CCP, how can I upgrade my cable? I want the 500-channel premium package.

thank you for ordering the premium package, a CCP technician will be out next Thursday to set up your service sometime between 8:00am - 12:00pm.

In case you guys weren't aware, there's an Incursion in Atoosh. I think my TV displays that every thirty seconds or so.

You have to wait for the netflix partnership.
But really, what I think is that you should be tipping news sites about this instead of complaining on the message board. Shame is powerful.

They could of at least done something useful and giving us Jita Cam or at very least out side view of our undock.

they can at least avoid sending 10 times the concord plex advertissement every minute.
and also avoid the "you have no skills in training" when you have some on your alt...

I have to say that I hate the TV. I haven't had a TV at home for more than 10 years and am disappointed that I'm expected to want to watch a TV-substitute during my game.
As luck would have it, the patch doesn't work properly on my games PC and I only get a loading screen in the station and can still use all the old stuff. So for me the patch consists of some new icons (but I won't bother downloading the static content DB this time as I see no point in continuing an online EVE-themed website), a new intro-screen, and the replacement of my spinning ships with a defocused LOADING screen.
Which is much preferable to watching that TV so I'm not planning on upgrading my gfx drivers for a while. Not until I've found a way to make that television go off-screen (which is not so easy when you play at 3840-pixel width, nor where facing the back is not much better than the loading screen (worse actually since it involves a Pavlovian click-and-drag on every login).

They should get some dirt cheap TV, i bet Gilligan's island and Skippy are almost free by now
