Im sorry but I just HAVE to!
Going away form the greasy stuff here's a nice clean one.
1 brick of crusty bread (pref with high grain/fiber content)
1 slice of sausage
1 slice of ham (smoked)
1 slice of sallad
Butter up and apply in the order you like.
Top off with a good cup of thÚ and then of to battle!

Two slices of toast, tomatoes, mayo, cheese and a can of sardines.

i like some cheese + abit meat + garlicksous. and then throw it for 20-30 secs in microwave. mmmmmm easy and tasted gooood
