The longer this silence goes on the more frustrated players they are going to have on their hands as well as a larger amount of bad PR. I wouldn't be surprised if this results in more money being lost through bad PR/quitting players than they make with their overpriced "Noble" store.

Second, while many feel the free for all attitudes often in play on these forums are the norm, you should understand most of the posts in the last day or so would get your game account banned on say, the WoW or similarly run forums. SO while the posters won't likely be banned here they are far from likely to be answered as CCP policy is not to respond to abuse posts. Will they issue a statement? Either that or they're just going to never address it an hope it goes away like when they changed the fitting tool to only keep 50 fits. (wonder if they did that with the intention of charging us to get our old fits back?)

They have really gone the Milk-It-For-All-Its-Worth route, and that's been damaging the game.

Right now they propably worry about how they might possibly gain some of it back, while somehow holding on to their new payment model.
