Confirming that the system has been actively jammed for the last 24 hours, and those cynos were lit while the jammer was online. But pretend you didn't just exploit into the system if you want. It's not like the logs will show the jammer having been online all night.

Are you talking to us, theres no PL supers in that system, and the only people laughing at you in this thread are PL guys, so now I'm assuming you're accusing us of exploiting something.
Just to help you, our cyno won't go up in system, its due to the cyno jammer blocking the system.
I mean christ, you guys are IN SYSTEM, try and light your own cyno.

No doubt. Hell if Ev0ke got their revenue streams audited I doubt there would be enough of them left in game to even form a fleet, much less a supercap fleet.
Proven cheaters, proving it again.
The problem that most people seem to miss is that even if CCP reimburses someone, they don't :always: roll back the sov changes. In this case they might have done the right thing.

"CCP Gamebreaker: We've decided that cyno jammers were preventing a lot of good PvP and wanted to fix that. We changed the mechanics so that only two cynos can be lit in a cyno jammed system, anyone trying to light a cyno after those first two will be unable to for one hour. 100 million isk that at the very best this "event" will be "investigated" for 2-3 days, and then there won't be any logs to prove anything and no one will even get a 1 hour suspension.
We all know CCP is either unwilling or unable to enforce their own TOS, just another bit of proof to throw onto the pile.

LOL, I think you underestimate how well Ev0ke understand ¿game mechanics¿. They continue to know stuff way before anyone else. They could probably find some Lvl 1 missions that produce supercapitals. Or just a buttload of officer mods or something.

I know that TEST will not exploit obvious bugs like this because it will lead to mass bannings for us. Ev0ke and PL on the other hand seem to be teacher's pets.
If CCP is going to say that this was not obviously an exploit then my faith in them as a company enforcing rules is pretty much going to disappear.

Let's be real here. Even if someone gets banned for this, it would only be the two cyno pilots. The supers who jumped through can easily claim they did not know the system was jammed, the only ones who could be proven to know were the cyno pilots who lit within overview and grid distance of an online cynojammer.
On a side note, with all of the claims to elite pvp that Evoke/NC. have made over the time I have been in nullsec (which I will admit is only the past year and a half) they really have shown otherwise as of late. I used to respect you guys, you always brought a good fight, and deserved the self given title of elite pvpers. Recently your hatred of the NC/Goons has seemed to have warped your rational, with your own massive blue list, super blobs, and now knowingly exploiting. I hope that you can find your way back to your roots, as it would be great to have those good fights again.

CCP wants more money, that's why they are doing the new AUR, to get more money out of you. The secret is out, hence the reason for the "walking about in Stations" upgrade. (feature)
Maybe they will get a slap on the wrists, and a tut tut, maybe a small disapproving shake of the head but at the end of the day, to ban so many cap pilots would be several steps back in the wallet for CCP.
Possibly the guy that lit the cyno would be blamed for everything and banned. Which would be less of a wallet hit for CCP and they would be seen to do as their rules state, to ban exploiters, with the reason that the other pilots that cynoed in, did not know it was an exploit. (giggles) but that is the way I see it being played.

Couple of things I am interested in regarding this debate:
1. Having personally not flown a cyno heavy dictor in a pos takedown op I ask this; Flying such a ship in a fleet (assuming a competent pilot/takes role serious for fleet) would one just be randomly/constantly mashing the cyno mod?
2. If one pilot opened a cyno in a jammed system in a fleet that uses voice coms and other forms of communication. Is it possible to say that the 2nd pilot to light a cyno in a jammed system did so accidentally as well?

Poitot used to be the only system where cynos could be lit under a jammer.
Also, I'm laughing hard at the mouthbreathing ~elite pvp~ idiots who cried for months about jump bridges and are now using exploits.
This is why I don't believe in open testing.

Your forgetting that very few, if any, supercap pilots pay for their accounts. They just pay for them with ISK.

The cynojammer was online, but with some bug it was in reallity stay in mode onlining.
The good question is Why Evoke can see the cynojammer onlining when every people in the system see them online.
Perhaps client modification ...

Id just like to point out GSF Leadership / FC's were made aware of how we managed to light a cyno in J-0.
At some point the cyno jammer was cycled (For GSF to jump there capitals in) for some reason unknown to any of us. The cyno jammer was NOT online but "Onlining" according to the GM's. IT was how ever showing as "Online" to the dudes in system.
For some reason a dude in the EVOKE fleet 4 AU away from were the NC./EVOKE fleet was (Shooting the cyno jammer) lit a cyno, at first i was busy being DD'd by GSF titans and didnt even notice the cyno till it was pointed out to me.
My Titans were all ready logged in within range of KDV, learning earlier on in the EVENING that GSF and allies "EXPLOITED" i am calling it that just for luls like all the bitter goonies are they had 2 Cyno jammers in 1 system (KDV) we incapped 1 and tried to light a cyno Vee (GSF FC) knew full well there was somehow another jammer online in KDV. and was all smug on mumble that we couldnt get caps in to rep the POS with our Armor Logi's :D but we didnt moan we just got on with it while they hid in a POS.
It was a pretty ******ed evening all in all, I hope the issue is now fixed and GSF recover quickly from there loss, weather that by GM's replacing the ships or z goon wallet. Either way CCP
Oh and NO Capitals were killed on the Cyno jammer POS, they died dude to warping to there JB POS @ 0 then bouncing off the control tower lol

Well if this one little incident is not an exploit, then perhaps you should try to get into Ev0ke and learn every exploit of the month. They have been caught on a few. But the exploits have gotten more and more redacted.
I for one would love 5 billion ISK a day. Maybe I should join Ev0ke. Maybe you should too and you will be less filled with rage sitting in a titan. With one in the hangar, just in case.
Edit: I would care less with a titan and a few billion ISK a day... Now they will never let me in. Damn.

I filed the petition, I got the message explaining the bug, I got the notification explaining what people had to do in order to get reimbursed.
Basically it was explained that the cyno jammer never fully onlined even though it said it did. It was odd though that we couldn't reproduce this before it got fixed so who knows. What we know for sure is the jammer didn't go down at any point in the previous 24 hours and ev0ke were able to cyno through even though the jammer was online and visible on grid. The bug was verified with CCP and all structures repped/ships reimbursed.
But I'm sure you know better random dice dude.

Having not been there, all I can say on the issue is when GSOL presses butan, they press the damn butan - they're the only dependably competent part (aside from Solo) of our internet spaceship alliance and when they set something up, you can be 99.9999...% sure it's done right.

I filed the petition, I got the message explaining the bug, I got the notification explaining what people had to do in order to get reimbursed.
Basically it was explained that the cyno jammer never fully onlined even though it said it did. It was odd though that we couldn't reproduce this before it got fixed so who knows. What we know for sure is the jammer didn't go down at any point in the previous 24 hours and ev0ke were able to cyno through even though the jammer was online and visible on grid. The bug was verified with CCP and all structures repped/ships reimbursed.
But I'm sure you know better random dice dude.
This just proves that ccp cheat for CSM and NC etc etc. I guess if your on CSM you get petitions heard that shouldn't be heard. Because this random dice dude cycled your jammer. You can rant and rave about it all you want. You file phoney log files you can even buy Mittens some kittens but the fact is, I cycled the jammer with my alt and you got reimburded and a batphone to CCP.
So cry about it somewhere else. I doesn't bother me any more then that titan I killed a couple weeks ago, salvaged and somehow it came back with 1 percent structure and some mods gone. You guys cheat like bitc**s and everyone knows about it.

From what I hear, GSF offlined the cyno jammer to jump their own capital ships into the system giving a window of opportunity to Evoke/NCDot to light up their cyno efore you re-onlined the jammer again. But if what your saying is true and the jammer had been onlined for 24h, does that mean the capitals you jumped in not too long before the Evoke/NCDot capitals jumped in was an exploit as well? Oh my......
