Edited by: Tengu Skunkworks on 24/06/2011 01:27:02 Incarna seems to have stirred up more than a little controversy, with some quite extreme opinions being expressed on both sides of the satisfaction spectrum.
Therefore, to silence the trolls on both sides of the argument.
As a whole, are you satistied with Incarna 1.0?

This should give us a reasonably fair assessment of what the actual majority think of incarna.
Also if you wouldn't mind bumping this thread once you have finished voting.

Well, there's still the inherent problem of the forums not representing the majority of players.
Also, 100% of people from California likes Incarna. Analysis?

I agree it is not perfect, but it should be as representative as we can get.
If you have a better idea, I would like to hear it

my guesstimates
10% dont care at all, lucky worm hole corps? 5% cant log in face it, im sure lots of people have old gfx cards with shader 2.0 15% think more content needed/otherwise it was good 15% of people probably like it, but wanted a lil more. 30% say vanity is overpriced so its bad CCP is currently a laughing stock. 25% say CQ needs to be optional AND fixed. there was 0 reason to remove old hanger view. Optional CQ = best CQ 5% think its the best expansion ever. some people like anything i suppose. WIS has been wanted for years now. but honestly compared to other expansions in the distant past, my favorite being apocrypha i cant say incarna is even in the top 5.

very satisfied
can't wait for them to open up stations so we can all enter the promenades and allow us to gamble with aurum on poker games or 1 arm bandit machines so we can win aurum/gamble it with other players

Not needed, CCP needs to focus on adding new gameplay rather than worry about keeping eve on par visualy with newer games.

Interesting idea, but sadly you can't represent the entire eve gaming community with this poll. You're going to experience undercoverage most likely. Therefore, this poll is only showing how satisfied forum users are with Incarna. Still useful I think though.

Edited by: Elienore on 24/06/2011 05:28:50 I liked it very well, sitting on the couch is really no different than ship spinning (I actually like it better for some reason) and the new turrets are great :)
Haven't really experienced any bad stuff other than the usual bugs/gamebrokewhentheypatchedthegame stuff.
Also... forum isn't best representation because other than a few people I've talked with ingame, most either like it or are indifferent about it.
EDIT: Why only the US? I'm not on the map :(

I'll bet CCP has a better idea than anyone. They have all the data. I'd reckon most of these forum posts are not indicative of the majority by a longshot.
Even so, it's probably hurting them to see all this negativity :(

To sum it all up without screaming or throwing things at the nearest CCP employee, **** THIS. Do you really mean to tell us, the player base that while you were giving us excuses LAST june about not having enough ppl to do the important stuff because all the devs were busy with incarna, and then you release incarna after having HOW MANY dozens of staff working exclusively on incarna and you still broke the server for a day and have 3 patches out in 2 days? not to mention all the patch gave us was a glitchy, choppy, half-assed attempt at an out of pod experience, with no added GAME content, if i want to walk around in a real world ill log into rift. Did you idiots forget this is a space ship game or did that not even occur to you while you planned ways to make $$ of the MT bull****? WTF did you spend the last year doing? deciding how ridiculously high to set the market price? or just jerking off while ignoring more petitions?

What if the purpose of EVE was to become more than just spaceships?
