Based on my napkin calculations from the rage threadnaughts, what I see is about 500 really ****ed off people. You happen to be the demographic that owns, on average, 4 accounts.
So we're talking about 2,000 subs. Maybe 3,000 at max. Yeah, that's some cash.
But get over yourselves. That's a small percent of the EVE universe. You think you are important. We get that. You are like the teabag party ruining politics for real libertarians.
Just shut up.

That's just the people who love the game so much they're posting here. The subscribers who are less attached to Eve will just unsubscribe without posting.
Not counting those who don't speak english at all and can't post here.
Add that up on your napkin.

Glad you're happy with the new EvE, but for those of us that aren't we reserve the right to come here & voice our opinion, that's what CCP told us to do, because they want excellence.
How about you shut up, nobody cares a turd about your pathetic napkin calculations, & nobody wants to see a thread about it.

about 500 aye... ...id suggest you multiply that number by 10.
Still a small percentage of the player-base. But a highly informed portion of the player-base, who understand that the direction Eve Online heads is largely up to the player-base.
We don't like what we are seeing we are letting CCP know that loud and clear. The apathetic majority will just unsubscribe silently when some rich kid drops 50K aura on a "forged concord kill right" that: "when equipped in a cargo hold allows a player to kill another player of their choice in high security without concord intervention."

Convention says that those openly compaining represent only 10% of the population who feel the same.
So you're talking at least 30,000 subs. That's significant.

We LOVE this game - more so than CCP it seems. If you're daft enough to think you can work out how many unhappy players there are based on forum activity you're naive. So far the unhappy players WAY outnumber the happy posters, so by your logic there's an even smaller percentage of happy players.

30000 x 12Ç = 360.000 Euros or 514,059.48 USD in minus for CCP. I hope they got the message.

Either u cant count or u need a bigger napkin. The appology thread from CCP posted yesterday has over 2400 replies in this short time. FYI 500<2400 which is conservative estimate of disgruntled players, IMO, as it grows by the minute.
I think its you thats needs to get over urself. What right have u to tell other how the fell espeically if u dont encounter the same problems as them?
In what way are we ruining the game for fabois like u?, we are trying to ensure Eve has a future.
Maybe you happy with a half arsed, bug filled, sub killing, machine redundified, mac mashing, CCP lying, the advent of Macro-transactions, the prospect of Aurum being used as a game changer, CCPS outrageous behaviour, the reduction of their mission statement to a joke sheet.

dunno, i did some maths too, i'ts about 10x 5000 people... which isn't huge, it's about the population of Truro ..
i mean who cares.. i might even quit myself.. since eve is a big waste of time anyways
