Been playing off and on since 2004. EVE has not been "fun" for me for a while here but I kept at it hoping that things would get better. 0.0 Conglomerates actively encouraging botters and macro'ers to do RMT in their space, Supercaps online, continual "upgrades" which only end up nuking performance, Sov mechanics being about as fun as sticking my **** in a meat grinder and now Micro-Transactions served with a side of arrogance towards your player base? Yeah I'm out. Thanks for all the fun and good times CCP and EVE community.

..And I'm going to be avoiding EVE even if they do backpeddle. The way that they're handling this with a "this was expected, you're all spineless and will bend over anyways" made me lose my respect for CCP. I'm sure they're investigating who leaked the PDF, but it's heartwarming that at bare minimum one person at CCP cares about the playerbase more than their own job. I'm very thankful for this knowledge.

One account expiring in August and staying that way until CCP actually creates lots of new good, working content for the game and clarifies what kind of pricing structure they are going for.
Trying to charge high sub + almost forced alts + MT is not going to cut it for me, this game is not good enough for that level of expenditure and development speed is literally glacial due to their "other commitments".
So see you in 3-4 years or not at all.
