-5 here..EVE as i remember from the past was the whole world, in recent patches it become more and more ordinary game as thousends of others game but last one was just kick in teeth..shame,really

I've been playing for around two years. Usually had my main and one alt account. I closed the alt six months ago and didn't log in to my main except to update skills. I am doing well in meatspace and needed to focus on life AFK.
I kept up with my main's skills because I was excited about where I thought EVE was headed. I looked forward to all of the VAST potential and possibilities that the EVE universe contained. I anticipated a time in my future where I would once again have free time to get back into EVE, and wanted my pilot to be ready.

Enjoy your retirement, CCP Executives. I can't fault you for wanting to get paid for the work you've done this last decade. I'm unsubbing my final account, not as an act of malice, just disappointment.
My wish, my hope against hope is that somehow there emerges a balance between the desire for profit and the desire for providing a quality gaming experience. It is horribly tilted at the moment.

I completely lost all desire to play this game after reading Hillmars email. I'll set long skill, and let the accounts run out. Will come back later maybe... maybe not.
I've never felt this negative about EvE. And its a shame.

While I posted relevant details in one of the other threadnaughts: -1 account. CCP also managed to loose my other account ( which it turns out I really *was* able to live without ) for good months ago. I haven't even bothered to take the 5 days freebie on that one.
