Do not mess with the mods. They are only moderators and not the CEO and getting too often onto their radar is bad. They do however have the more powerful buttons on their side and can pretty much do as they please. They make their rules (they are not ours) and they force them onto us. It is their job to do it.

Agreed. I was outraged when I first heard, but having read the actual content of the emails on his blog, he comes across as a child throwing a tantrum. Especially bad was where he claimed "I have the playersÆ ears now, not you. You would do well to remember that." Really? Good to be a tool then, that will rage at CCP when ordered. He has my ears, both of them, don'tchaknow?
RL threats or not, it stripped me of any support I had. Banning might be excessive, but it's rather hard to care.

I've read it.
He was over the line with his name calling (regardless of "anger"). I *personally* did not see the "RL" threat.
Knowing the address/name/family of an employee - and *then* threatening - that's different.
But I agree, Helicity should not have lost it like that...
