I'm on the account management page and I don't see a cancel option.
CCP - BECAUSE YOU LEFT ME SITTING HERE WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE. YOU MUST HAVE THOUGHT THAT SILENCE WOULD CALM ME DOWN - GUESS WHAT?????????? YOU LOST 2 ACCOUNTS WHEN I CAN FIND HOW TO CANCEL THIS CRAP.

After reading your post I went to my account to see how hard they made it to find the cancel button. Took me literally two seconds to find where the cancel button is.
You're just not very bright.

I'm sorry, but I've been on that page and I don't see the option.....really. I know I'm mad, but....

The game time menu, it looks kind of not like a menu until you mouse over it and a menu appears.

Its under the Game Time tab, cancel, sub. I did it yesterday for my alt.

If you pay via Paypal with a recurring payment, you need to cancel the payment agreement via Paypal... there is no way to do it from "this" side.
Go to a recent payment in Paypal, look at the details and look for the agreement link.

If you cant see it under the "Gane Time" drop menu, log out of account management and log back in, I had a similar problem earlier and that fixed it for me.

If you are subbing atm by Plex, the unsub button isn't available, you just let it expire...
Won't send the same message that clicking unsub would, but the effect on ccp's wallet will. |

I didn't quit. He said he couldn't find it so I went looking in case it really was hidden. It was not.

For those of us who bought with paypal, I have yet to find a cancle button. What Ive heard is that there isnt one, and the account will just die. But who knows for sure, I sent in a petition to find out.

It is my understanding that CCP only "allows" you to cancel if you are paying via recurring credit card charge.
People who use non recurring payment options have to wait out the time they already paid for, and are not allowed to state a reason for letting their account lapse.
