The lack of transparency over this whole issue is also very concerning. I think the player base's reaction is perfectly reasonable. Though I am personally fairly apathetic toward vanity micro transactions. I still think they're completely stupid. It seems the majority of players agree. It seems the players don't want micro transactions of any sort should be canned all together. I agree fully. Some may see this as an over reaction. Over reaction or not, it's going to send a message.

Zulu wrote in his blog about how we misunderstood that leaked newsletter, he said that there was a discussion "on purpose", however, what he didn't mention is that AFTER the discussion was the actual plan of what's going to happen next. And there were words about that in time AUR shop will start selling not only clothes, but also ships, items, even ammo. Nobody commented on that, while it is the most important part. And no matter what, CCP many times sworn that they will never implement micro-transactions and never had such plans - voila there you got it. Now they can swear that they will not go further than clothes. O'rly? What fool still believes?

And what they talk about behind closed doors to do with there OWN company, is of no concern to anyone else but them. get over it. you dont have shares in the company. so you have no say in the day to day running of it. too many people on here think they have a god given right to a say in what happens with the game. get over it. jesus. if thats something you cant get your head around, then a MMO isnt for you.
