Are CCP's hands tied with AUR?
Were they ordered by someone to include MT?
You all know CCP better then I do, does it seem like CCP is under siege???
I have heard that the CCP staff who post in the forums do not sound like the people who use to post. So is someone else posting for them?
Why the silence also? Maybe they are not allowed to post??

I dont think they were hijacked by bean counters.
I think they were led by inompetents who ran them out of money and now they are desperate for more.

They need monies to fund WoD and Dust, but judging from the horrible rep they are getting people will think twice about playing them. |

Actually CCP has much respect from me. From the old days they did listen alot. They can start listening again. Hard times will grow us that is the way we humans go fowards.
It could be that some investors to the company namely some Americans have been pushing the wrong buttons. Like they usually do. But things can find their right track again.
I think there is too much pessimism .. here Even tho I agree that micro transactions future that many of us worry is a valid concern.

Exactly my point, did it not occur to anyone yet that the current expansion seems less like CCP, the old CCP and more like some zombie money hungry Sony Online CCP clone?
Someone pod killed CCP and cloned them !!!

If you made something.. spent a lot of time on it. Put your thoughts into it for countless hours.. and then displayed it for all to enjoy..
Then an anarchest ran in and took a dump on it before asking why you made it **** brown..
What would you do?
If I was a CCP employee simply doing my job on a game I love, creating this product that never existed before that will help bridge two seperate genre of games into one Universe only to have that happen? I'd be ****ed. Being a REAL LIFE company and business.. you're going have to bite your tongue.
How many people would take more offense to going to the supermarket, home depot, candle shop, coffee shop, fast food/whatever clerk, mechanic (ok bad example).. and having the workers there tell you what they are really feeling and thinking about you? Granted.. some of it would be funny as ****. But not everyone is that sort of twisted or demented (me being one).. to find humor in those kind of responses.. justified or not. You don't expect, and majority of people don't want/wish to recieve such.
Why are people fooling themselves. Honestly.. CCP is a company. It wants to make money. Businesses are going to be in touch with bankers.. sorry to break the news, but vast majority of people use banks and speak to bankers on how best to maintain, use, and make more money.. especially a business. Everyone isn't bent on the ebil shadows n need for tinfoil. This really shouldn't be a shocker or twisted around and taken out of context..
Much like the leaked inhouse document. Granted.. CCP needs to be more clear cut on their answer one way or the other now that its out.
Reguardless.. why all the word play.. all the **** taken out of context.. the countless threads by nobody alts.. where are the real EVE players posting with mains? It is strange just how many spit gasoline onto the fire that are using a nobody toon to do so. All this should kinda make people wonder..
This is EVE after all. The metagaming is deep and thick. RMT goes far deeper than people realize and care to dwell I think. Ask yourselves..
Who would MT hurt the most..
If the game is still fun.. its still fun. Imagine the excitement and hilarity of popping someone's MT ship. Happens all the time! That plex person A bought for his indy toon went to combat pilot B who buys GTC to fund his pvp fun just got his ship popped with your isk he got by spending rl cash. 'MT' isn't new..
So why the ****storm now?
So what aspect of EVE is really going to be hurt by an expanding, growing MT place that increases the value of PLEX?
RMT.
Some of you should be wondering who is pulling your strings to produce the emotions you feel. Don't make it harder on yourselves and dwell in 'What Ifs' and multi-layered conspiracy theories and he/she/it said the tree is pink by the lawnmower in the pool.. Tim just said its green.
It is as simple as.. having fun? Play. If not? Leave. It's a game people. 15 USD a month, get over it. Government ****s on you enough and for far more than that.. bend the rage some where actually important that truly effects your life.
Live.. and be happy. It's a game.. enjoy it, or leave.
MT or not.. I don't care anymore.. I'll make the most of it. And when the game becomes boring to me, I'll leave on my own. But it won't be bcause person said person said that person said but didn't say but said..
Grow up, pussies. This isn't 8th grade.

Yeah they probably hired some American banking Insider who has been whispering to their ears .. First make them feel big then make them loose their orgnality of tought and dream about YAchts with CCP TO RULE THE WORLD written on it's side. Such corruption could take place. Social engineering is likely quite common. Well what ever the case may be. The direction and the management of this situation is not handled too well.
This is off course me just trying to figure out the most likely scenario that has led to current CCP behaviour.
Some of these posts here very likely make the devs head hurt. Like " I need to be fixing this mess for these fools". I have sympathy for both sides.
