Well, they're looking at losing over 15,525 from subscriptions / month just based on the "quitting" thread. I think it's safe to say most people quitting haven't posted there.

sigh I am busy with my career and family but I will consult with you for free when I have time in my evenings or @ market consultant fee rates if you'd like. I was part of the team that rebuilt GM after the restructure. Your business is a tiny fraction of the complexity of our company but there are some basic principles that must be adhered too. you are not doing these things
You are smart people in your area but CCP's core talent was making a game not running a company let alone trying to expand ( your little project games ) I'm sure some minimal deep diving will get you on track
I would be happy to have a conference call with you and discuss some practical expectations and goals
I am serious this little sandbox of ours is important to me and you are frankly fuking it up
