Thought not, so who gives a damn.

Well, yeah. Not gonna lie, it made me giggle and feel all smug for about a minute.

I wouldn't know. I'm not even wearing any of them. I did it for two reasons: first, to anger the people who are so mad about CCP being able to sell them (because I am a mean-spirited person); second, for secret reasons that I won't reveal but which may have something to do with goats (because goats).

It's not the vanity items like monocles that are the main issue, in fact other than the questions on CCP pricing strategy they're not really even an issue.
The issue is CCPs intention to add MT shop items (including possibly SP or faction standing) that have an advantage ingame, there's also the issue of selling ships which bypass the manufacturing system ingame.
So monocles, really are small fry.

I am a member of a very rich space-holding alliance which is literally giving away faction ships as fast as the common member can lose them. Given the fact that goons are hilariously bad at every video game ever, that's a pretty good chunk of change that disappears every day. We can afford it. We'll be able to afford the new sparkle ships, too. I look forward to being able to have all of those shiny new things, and giving not a single frak when I lose it suicide ganking some empire whiners. It'll be just one more way that I can participate in ruining your game.
edit: haha, that picture calls EVE Online popular

Pardon me for not commenting on the oh-so-obvious but oh-my-god-becky-oh-so-original juxtaposition of the classic "learning curve of popular mmos" picture's signature cliff and bulldozers. I dared to think that perhaps something that was so obvious did not bear mentioning, and that instead a comment could be directed toward something less glaringly obvious in the picture for greater comedic effect. I can see that I exceeded both myself and you. For that you have my utmost apologies, in both regards.
I MEAN Y U MAD BRO?
edit: you're so edgy you should write lyrics for green day

They might think that. Surely you can make the exception just this once right? What's the worst that could happen?
