2.8 Bil B\O. Thats best I can do. Typically these pilots go for around 2.8-3.0 Bil.

A lot of 'filler' skills, 22mil SP isn't worth it when it's so spread like this.
As someone above stated, these accounts really don't go for more than 3bil. To be 100% honest, people just buy a hulk pilot with exhumers and t2 crystals (ALL, not the limited ones you have) for 2bil and train any manufacturing skills, rather than pay an extra bill for that, as it takes no time to do them since there's so few.
Please, consider bringing this down. 10-ish days with no 'serious bid' isn't because there isn't serious bidders, it's because your price isn't serious.

Thanks for the comments. I take on board your comments about the crystals. But I don't consider the other skills as 'fillers'. Being able to fly a freighter, orca, and noctis. Being able to build any t2 frig or cruiser. Being able to setup 6 planets for PI. All of these come in handy for an industrial toon. |

Thanks for the offer and apologies for not getting back sooner, but EveO threw a wobbly when I tried earlier, but I still feel that the 5bil starting value is a reasonable price.
