I noticed that the current protest is in action however lagging out jita isn't going to much but annoy other players we need to show CCP we matter.
CCP is laughing at us it seems
I call upon all players to mass log off for a short period between 20:00-20:15. We need to show that that we wont take this utter crap lieing down.
No more broken patchs.
No more lack of content.
No more 1000$ pants.
No more ignoring your player.

No more pouring concrete on the sandbox by adding content where player actions have no influence whatsoever on the outcome of presented events like Factional Warfare and Incursion.
No more hidden expansion fees by adding content we need to pay for again to even access.

what exactly is this "utter crap" that we all have to lie down for.
for two days it's been "not gonna take it" or "total BS" or "utter crap they're trying to force on us".
what? nothing has changed!
what's really lame is all these nimrods are going to take credit for EVE never going pay-to-win ('cause they shot at a monument for two days, uh-huh).

CCP are enjoying barbecues in their Reykjavik backyards, and haven't logged on to the internet since yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately we're the only people who care enough about this game to show up on weekends. I'd save my energy for Monday during business hours.

Why is it that trolls are the only people who seem to respond?
I never said I would unsubscribe that is just dumb, if everyone did that eve would die and then nothing would be solved.
Spamming Jita solves nothing, it's a moronic idea some clever troll came up with.
The only way you can get CCP to listen is to show in force how many people care, if 10,000 or better yet 20,000 people out of the 50,000 at peak time suddenly log off they will have to listen why because that is how many active players are annoyed and will actively show it.
The current spamming of jita and the other 3 trading hubs is limited and cannot crash the node unless everyone undocks and has a fight outside.

Here's how it works: the vast majority of EVE players were angry about what Hilmar, Zulu, and that damned newsletter said, so they did what they could to let CCP know it...attacking the monument, flooding the forums, etc. But now, many of those same players want to be "different", and be "white knights" so to speak...so now, they're trolling people who are still doing the protesting and still care, because apparently, it's "so yesterday".
That's how most of them are. Only a few people, who are left in the end of all this, will really be the ones shown to have some passion in protecting EVE from becoming a pay-to-win game.

Shooting statue in Jita makes more sense than 15 minute logoff, and shooting statue makes no sense. At all.
15 minutes don't show nothing I tell you. If you want to create a real spike, logoff for couple days (every week/month if needed) . It's not THAT hard to put EVE aside for couple days, there are RL and other games and stuff that can get you through those 2 days.

Hi thanks for taking the time to read the thread and epicly failing at being a troll. However what you failed to read was that this is a general protest that CCP is not reaching the bar in regards to respect and effort to it's player base.
Don't get me wrong I love CCP and EVE but the last patch I got excited about was when titans and carriers were released, because they added loads of new ships, you know the things this game is about internet spaceships.
Since then the current rate of patches have been mostly breaking things because they were not tested properly.
We pay for this game we should get a say in the direction the game goes in even if that means we want a pony with a pink mane in every station.

Your living in the past. You dont get to say Jack **** about how this game developes. CCP and Sony decide that. We had influence in the past but the game has moved on from 2.5 programmers in a shed in Iceland to something much bigger than the game, much bigger than CCP and much bigger than you or me.
Sure you can pretend but how many new folks you seen join of late. Its the same old farts (like me) in the game since day 1 and its got dull. CCP have to breed new life into the game and Dust / MT may just work.
However maybe you should ask CCP to release Eve Retro just for the old timers and watch as the numbers fall.

There's a lot of truth in what you posted, but it doesn't mean I have to like it, and it doesn't mean that I don't feel ****ed off that the money I've spent on this game to date is seeing it turn into something I don't like.

This is why we should protest on mass, unlike most governments who pretend to listen but don't have to games based on subscriptions do as they rely on us paying them once a month.
Single Cash games don't and after release it's just curtsy that they continue to patch the game or you have to release MT stuff etc etc.
So stop thinking we have no option because we do and if they don't listen the end result will be another cash camel killed game.
