Along with a stinking pile of lies, p2w, and BS, Incarna brought bugs, among them was ability to (sometimes) bubble in highsec.

Do not discuss exploits on this forum. Incarna has some bugs that ccp are still in denial about.

so there was a titan in rens
and now we have a bubble in jita.

Its an old display bug, where a HIC using a script will display the unscripted bubble effect. its not new to incarna, it at least as old as Apocrypha (first time i saw it), probably older.

We were able to set up a bubble inside a POS once before Incarna even came out. So I'm not surprised there's one in Jita.

I saw a player POS, bubble, turrets, etc all setup in a high sec system a couple weeks ago. Kind of strange.

I even saw a mobile warp bubble in a low sec system right after Incarna came out...
