We folk from Something Awful are kind of famous for intentionally (and sometimes unintentionally! we're just that amazing) ruining things in video games for people who aren't us. But there's no such reputation for Reddit. I was just reading EVE General Discussion (dear god my eyes), and there was this one guy who was really bad-mouthing TEST by calling them a bunch of elitist jerks. At first I laughed to myself and thought, "Haha, this guy doesn't realize that Elitist Jerks is literally from Something Awful and doesn't reference TEST at all". But the guy kept going. Serious, why do you guys hate TEST? They don't have any of the bad qualities that goons have, except that they too are inept and often soil themselves while trying to do a thing. Do pubbies just in general hate social groups that exist outside of this particular video game? I don't get it. This isn't a troll, I just really want to understand what makes people so unhappy with TEST. From my perspective they're a bunch of cute kids with really nice skin who aren't too bright and are just waiting for the right moment for me to lure them into my van with a bag of candy.

In eve its hard to throw a stone and not hit someone who loaths PL, hates Test, despises NC or wishes ill of WIDOT. ------------- Mictro-Transactions can bite my shinny metal exhaust port.
