Want to ask about this character........
He is a perfect Rorqual pilot and much more than that.

well.... it is very specialized character and so the price cannot be based on sp only, Rorqual pilots in market are rare so according to the market's principal law i could say that the price range will be easily between 12-15 bil. minimum.
This is a realy awesome character.

The reason there is so few Rorqual pilots for sale, is that the demand for them is very very very low. This pilot is very specialized to fly a Rorqual, thus because of the extremely low demand, asking 12-15 bil seems to be way above what you should expect. If you could fly an exhumer in addition to the Rorqual, you could ask those prices. As it stands now, you should be lucky to get more than 10-12 bil. |

Reading up further, you have close to zero defensive skill points, so you can't fit any real proper Rorqual tank for null sec.
If you are going to post advice on someone's thread at least be informed about what you are talking about. Rorq pilots are not that rare on here. There are 4-5 up for sale right now. They just are not selling hot right now because the post patch industrial buzz has decreased.
This is the last Rorq pilot sold last week if you want to have a better idea of what you are worth rather than a bunch of people with opinions of what you are worth.

Because a pilot can fly a Rorqual doesn't mean it's a "OMFG PERFECT RORQUAL PILOT". The pilot you're linking can't even fit an Industrial Core, and has a Rorqual focus that's probably more in line with, say, deploying POS' since it has anchoring 3. The pilot in this thread is almost 100% exclusively skilled for mining booster Rorqual, and while the character may be good at that, it should never leave a POS as it would die instantly. |
