As the title suggests I am looking for a good spec'd Amarr or Minmatar pilot. Pre-requisites -
 Must be above 50mil Skill Points
Must have positive sec status
Must have positive wallet
No industrial skills
Must be in empire
Must be in noob corp
No wasted skills, if he is Amarr then I want Amarr skills
You get the point, post your characters with a price here

52.9mil SP Amarr focused pilot (trained caldari cruiser 5 for falcon)
can pilot everything Amarr except titan.
has +4 implants in current clone with 1 bil in hardwiring
the other jump clone has low-grade slave sets with cheap hardwirings
asking price is 17bil

API check is failing on your eveboard, any idea why? Also there is a little too much industry/science skills
