Been having a issue, when I shift items from my hanger to a storage ship (Indy, frieghter, etc) or when I choose to refine/reprocess items the client crashes. Mind you I'm talking like 40-50 items plus in a transfer. Anyone else experiencing something similar? It's better to burn out then fade away... Carpe Diem. |

2.66 ghz intel core 2 duo imac, 4gb ram, ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro, os 10.6.8
All settings on lowest except texture quality.
I'm getting a lot of completely random total lock-ups; the screen freezes but I can still move the mouse. I'm unable to force quit the program or tab out of it, the only solution is to completely reboot the computer.
Always happens in combat, I've lost a couple ships to this now.

Once more into the breach:
As usual the latest 'optional' client update failed to download, and amazingly enough failed to install with only a few percent of it downloaded. What a shock.
It took several more tries before it finally downloaded all the way and installed.

I have essentially the above machine with 10.7 and also having cursor/window closing issues. My workaround is to right click and select close. Is there anything better? Has CCP be able to reproduce this? Is there an ETA?

It's their new peril-sensitive UI: display the windows interface elements all the time, except when the user actually wants them.
It's 100% reproducible though: simply make sure the mouse pointer is inside the window's area when the window opens. You'll need to move the pointer outside the window's area then back to the window in order to use the controls.
