that would be from an uneducated dark skinned man from the lower class portion of african americans living with the legacy of slavery, jim crown, and most importantly a terribly misguided and soul destucting goverment welfare system that ecnouraged girls to get have children at 15 and discouraged them from working for fear of losing the small stipend that let them eke out an existence while ensureing health care for their children.
An educated black american would sound little different from any other american from the same region with perhaps some sublte references in word choices to their greater cultural community .
Jut sayin, but the joke is funny enough if you said in the words of a Hommie or something
