Original server can be as is or even subscription only.
New server can have all the RMT they want so all the fools with too much cash can outbid each other to win over there.
This way CCP can cash in on the RMT game and leave the real game intact for the player who aren't interested in pay to win.
Not that I'd like to see the playerbase get split like that and have less people per universe. However, I'd rather that than the whole game get ruined by RMT.

Exactly, on one server you actually work for things by playing the game.
On the other, you can just pay real money for everything. Though, I'd still recommend that you not be able to buy SP.

SP gain would stay the same, else the game would be broken nearly as much as it would be by implementing pay to win.
Work for items, standings, and ISK is what I mean.

Would never work. P2W requires people who cannot afford to purchase every advantage so that those who can do the purchasing can get that grief high when they beat up on the little guy.
That's an excellent point. I considered that the need to win by those who can only do so by throwing money at things is a strong motivating factor for RMT.
Though, do you think they are smart enough to figure it out with CCP puts even a little spin on it?
