And you are incredibly stupid, that is things he said after the ban, you wouldn't be pisºed if you got banned for such a petty reason?

Actually there is a point for it. Subs don't die off immediately. They go until their current game time runs out, then the account goes inactive. CCP isn't really going to see a change in active accounts right away, but now they can at least see the change on the horizon.
That is complete and utter nonsense. CCP don't need to see a change in active accounts, but active billing cycles. The only accounts not tracked will be those plaid with plex. All accounts that have an automatic debit method and have now been cancelled will be easily tracked by CCP's billing system.
Accounts paid for with PLEX don't really matter so much as the PLEX has already been purchased for use by any number of players - it's not even really deferred income.
