I cannot tell the difference between tractor beam and salvager and hybird turrets now, and I can hardly even tell those dark blocks from the black background. And I am sure it's not just me who are having this feeling.
It's not something about people resisting change. There are common sense mistake in your new icon design which hardly any other developers will make----the icons are really hard to recognize. You made beautifull looking carbon characters and turrets CCP, but you do sometimes make principle mistakes at simple job. Which had already harmed EVE a lot.
Can we have the old icon back? They were cute and easy to tell,they were just fine.
btw,when can we at least have larger text,if never getting better UI?

The icons look ****ing bad, to be honest. I draw better icons in paint. While drunk. On bleach.

Or at least they could add a letter depicting what type of a turret is it in lower right corner, right by the letter representing the size of the turrret.

I like the new icons, they do take a little getting used to after years of being used to the same ones. I think if they brightened the icons just a little it would be easier to distinguish them.

Just another part of the Incarna debacle. Did anyone from CCP even look at the icons before they were released?
Eve is now being run by rank amateurs, who don't even look to see if their work is marginally adequate before calling it an expansion and dumping it on the players.
I keep saying this, but in a real corporation a lot of people would get fired for the content that was released as Incarna.

The only way I can tell the difference between the salvagers and the tractors is the little white "box" in the lower right of the picture.
