PLEASE read the damn petition from this toon you ccp mugs
all i did was try to transfer a toon from one account of mine to another account of mine .... your site does not accept my visaDEBIT card but eventually took the 20 finally from a mastercard .... yep you got the 20 <<<
THEN YOU LOCKED THE ACCOUNT >>>>>> WTF
i know that maybe after trying soooo many times - well 4 times - somehow it must of triggerd some account security type crap ... but i can tell ya all is well k
please turn my stuff back on .... k ....

There is a 10 hour period when the account is locked after transferring a character. Don't know if this is the case though.

A caracter you're transfering enters a suspension period as soon as the transfer is finally scheduled and cannot be used until after the transfer.
quote from the character transfer page:

For your protection, there is a 10-hour delay in processing character transfers and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The character you are transferring will remain on your account, but will not be playable, until the transfer automatically completes.

so .... is it that the whole account is locked (transfer account)? .... or just the 'locking' of just the toon being transfered?
because in my case i cant log into the account at all

The exact same thing has happened to me. I have 4 accounts. Performed a xfer on account #4 to account #2 last night around 10:30PM. My paypal was charged 20 bucks.
Now I cannot login or access, change password via Email or anyting on account #4.
I reset all my password on my other 3 accounts.
I am terrified.
Is it normal to totally lock out the account?

The toon you are transferring cannot be played during the stasis period. The other toons on the account are not affected. If this not the case for you, petition. |
