or even paint jobs, something everyone has been waiting for for YEARS, ill be gone and never look back.
im sure that it eventually it will end up there, what a shame. eve is really good, but buying unfair advatanges, and the stupid and loltastic 'you pay for clothes in real live too' argument from the producer really is very very unsympathetic. 15 bucks a month is not exactly cheap for a mmo these days, but eve deserves it as one of the best. only: show me one other mmo that is not f2p that has an item store.
what greed makes of people is really ashaming, as if they were not earning enough. eve has not evolved for SO ****ing long, meaning expenses ar not really high.
and really: the captains quarters is what people in teams of 2 make as a graphics demo here at the university in one term, and better.
embarassig, ashaming, unsympathetic, wrong way.

Ragnarok Online (old euRO server and iRO servers) were p2p and had an item shop, i think that's the same for some korean and japan servers.
i know only 'bout RO that was a game I played for some years.
But on euRO there was a big protest before that the item shop was implemented 'cause it was planned to do it as iRO does it (big advantages from shop) so in the end it was just some vanity items with a very little effect on game-mechanics (most of those were useless).
I just wanted to answer the question.
