to get the best amount of isk from this toon
Train
 Cloaking to Lvl 4 (its not showing on your eveboard sheet)
Covert Ops to Lvl 5 (to get the most out of stealth bomber bonuses)
Astrometrics Lvl 5
Astrometric Rangefinding Lvl 5
Astrometric Pinpointing Lvl 5
Astrometric Acquisition Lvl 5
So the toon will be a master Prober which will make it worth more
Dont forget to remap in order to get your skill training time down.
I suggest you take this toon off market and train the skills listed
so you can get the most out of it

Ok, last bump. Sard (or anyone else) if you can do 1.1M (another 200M to help cover the transfer cost) I will finalize this now. If not, I will continue to train, and sell this toon later.
