I've been getting this since Incarna. The images flash in rapid sequence. This one happens to clearly capture what other images are bleeding into the game. The game freezes for this light show, and there's no warning when it'll come. Some of the images are definitely from the CQ (is it?) which I have turned off.
Yes, I cleared my caches, rebooted my machine and the game. Sometimes it stops, others it doesn't. I was curious if anyone else suddenly started to get this after the update.
