This is an auction for a second character of mine, she's a Caldari Deteis with the following:

As you can see, the character isn't the most specialized, but has enourmous potential by the fact the L5 Learning skills have been completed for you, as well as the ability to use the best Mining Barge on the market. This character will come with no ISK, and no Items save for the following:
Nuclear Physics, Electronic Engineerings, Quantum Physics, Laser Physics, High Energy Physics, Hydromagnetic Physics and Rocket Science. These skills will be of no use to my main character, so they're included in the auction.
Auction Rules:
Auction will run for 1 week from time posted, 15 minute sniper rule in case it gets heated...
Starting bid of 250 million ISK

I will Pay the Transfer Fee
Buyout: Whatever you EVEmail me with, as long as it's reasonable.

I should add that I will continue training this character for the week the auction runs. Once the auction is over and a reasonable amount of ISK has been offered, I will pay for the transfer an account of the winners choice.

Durr...additional information, I will be contacting a trusted Third Party, probably NAGA corporation to see if they would be willing to hold onto the ISK until the character transfer is confirmed and completed.
