My PC handles 2 Incarna clients opened at once. My 4 year old laptop handles 1 client. The new content while a little boring, is pretty cool tbh, and has no effect on game-play for me. when i undock a subcap pilot, or log my super in, again nothing in incarna has effected the game-play (i actually have less docking lag now) If i don't want to buy AUR/plex then i don;t have to, and have ignored it.
