It can be done, quite easily i've found.. and the 0isk reward is fine... because I shopped for tobacco/washed my hands a few times and several other assorted challenges.. all earning zero isk...
this however is a bit more fun..
i recommend starting with NMCs, because you can kill the schmael pretty quick, leaving time to warp off (if you can't tank the 4 Romis).. OTAs though are prefeable, because there is nothing in there thats going to jam you... use this fit, or one similar (with implants.. also my EFT has vanished.. so meh)

I have done about 6 so far solo with no problem (altho perhaps officer up the launchers, cos things have gotten hairy oc or twice... but once again, with no losses)... stand by for proof while I get my client working.

I have tried tengu myself.. but have tried b4.... went badly the 1st few times, (lost 3 drakes, and a loki)
but after some fine tuning..
a cookie cutter vargur worked.. it's quite fun.. altho ull wanna make sure u use a deadspace shield booster + crystals

I have tried myself... had been going **** up, till I found this thread.. ty fulmar,
the looks on their faces when they wait there for me explode and collect my loot is priceless.. also confirmed NCOs can be done, but make sure there is a fleet aleady in thre, make sure they are vindicators/nightmares tho, as they tend to draw the most agro and will almost always switch targets to them if you come under attack.
