Not 100% sure what I am looking for. I just want something new. I've been playing Eve since '07 on and off, joined my first null sec corp a week after I started, and have spent most of my time in null sec. Over the last year, I've found myself more and more bored with blob-based sov warfare, to the point that I let my account expire. I fired it up again about 6 months ago, but have pretty much just done enough to buy GTC's since then, while I played other games, and thought about what I want to do in Eve.
I'm looking for a corp that is active, and on the smaller, close-knit scale. I'd prefer a corp with a lot of small-scale PvP, and enough ISK making opportunities to pay for it. I've been leaning towards living in a WH, or NPC null sec, but I'm open to other types of corps if you can sell me on how awesome station camping or sentry gun tanking is.
I fly just about any subcap Amarr or Caldari with near perfect skills, and also fly a few Gallente ships. I have tons of blob and small gang experience, but not a lot of solo experience. We See Dead People, est. 2007, has remained a small corp (20-30 members) for the last four years. and are ready to expand. The first two years we lived in low sec, living out of cans as we where very nomadic. The last two years we have lived primarily in null space. We have held our own sov space most of those two years, and was very active with our alliance, doing major campaigns. All members in corp are US players and are on from east coast to Hawaii time zones. (22:00 - 8:00 eve time) Age of members range from 20-50 years old. We want to build a strong US corp, that has a major impact in Eve.
The one problem I see in Eve, is finding enough US players together in one spot. The one complaint I hear over and over again, is the lack of people online to fly with. Most fleet ops, in most alliances seam to be during euro times. Our alliance is also active during our time zones. Took us three tries to find.
If every US player looking for a corp where to join, we would have plenty of people online when you are online. All types and occupations of pilots welcome. We have everything sov space has to offer, ratting, mining, havens, sanctums, plexes, stations, pvp (plenty of targets), etc. Our alliance space is pretty stable, but still get the occasional nuet coming in.
So, what do you think? Give us a shot, what you got to loose. We have nothing against non US players. If they play Eve the same time as us, we would be more then happy to accept their apps. We just want to insure that members well be online during our time zones. Nobody likes playing alone.

Id like you to consider Dark-Rising as were looking for new players in stain area to have a laugh and pvp with... we have multi-timezone coverage with daily ops and great community... lots of experienced pilots and excellent reputation within eve community... Even if were part of exe alliance were totally independent corp and we are no ones puppies... Dark-Rising is self sufficient with strong industrial base so all you might need, you can have trough us.
theres some minor requirements so have a look if you've got what it takes to join the dark side ^^
Requirements are still as follows
applicant:
must have active recent pvp history on killboards and familiar with empire, wardec, lowsec and 0.0 game mechanics
must be willing to abide by our policies about smack and forum behavior
must be use teamspeak 3 and irc whenever hes online and have a working microphone
must have mature and healthy attitude towards gaming
it doesnt matter if you have 10 alts or none... it doesnt matter if you have 100 or 5 mil sp... it doesnt matter if your mother says you have to go to bed before 12... it doesnt matter if your wife has plans for every friday... all that matters is that youre having fun and enjoying your carreer with our online community... our family in New Eden... our home

thats our KB... speaks for itself most of the time
we are a highly active pvp corp that doesnt really do much sov warfare... done less than the 5 as far as i know in the past like 4 months...
we do a lot of small gang pvp and we have fun doing it
40+ online for eu timezone
and 25+ online for US timezone
