Reimbursements are only made if CCP found whatever caused your death to be the fault of the game, not the players. Ganking is legit, thus no reimbursements. Sorry about the cold, hard truth; but, this the way the game is. (And yes, ganking in hi-sec is allowed. Just not in starting zones.)

You were wardecced but you felt it be ok to go mining and got caught. Tip of the day : When decced make that corp RED to your corp by giving it a -10 standings then all that corps members will have a nice red box in local for you.

OP's post is not clear if it was blinky red PC's or non-blinky NPC's that ganked him. Either way, mining in an undefended hulk in 0.6 carries risk! The OP needs to learn and adapt: Resistance (Petitioning) is futile!  Get over it!  Learn from your mistake and move on. 

I tanked my hulk out the ass because I was paranoid about suicide ganking, and it has more than paid for itself a hundred times over. Take it as a lesson learned, even if you had to learn it the hard way.
