hi,
On septmenber 18th I will have access to 3 characters with level 4/5 trade skills including tycoon 4. This is going to give me approx. 800 market orders. I plan to fill these orders with items that need very little maintenance.
Im worth in the region of 20 billion but almost all my liquid (17bn) is tied up in investments that are likely to take 6 - 9 months to mature. This leaves me with about 3bn which I would consider "loose change" for whatever I need to buy.
If I wanted to raise capital to fill my orders in september by offering an investment opportunity what would be the best way to go about it?
what would be considered an interest rate worth investing in? would investors accept quarterly reports and payouts? Given that the nature of market orders is not to tell anyone what im selling how can I prove im doing what I say I am? Given the constant folding/scamming of high profile investments how does someone like myself best go about raising capital on a first offering? first editon doing a quick sum I could start the offering with around 4bn isk - almost what I have liquid. I dont want a zero balance in my wallet though so investment still looks better.
im sure there are more questions but i cant think of them right now.
This is a genuine request for information. Unless the market shifts rapidly ahead of time I cant see being able to free up any of my investments so it would be in my best interests to try and raise the capital by investment - more ISK for me, more ISK for investors. This is my main.
thanks to anyone that can offer any advice.

Use that 17bn that is tied up in investments as collateral. You should be able to secure around 20bn with it for 3-5%

At 4 bn, if you offered 10% you would get people beating down the door, even if you called it T4U II - Electric Boogaloo. At least that it what it seems like to me.

Something along those lines should get people signed up for the bond, I am reserving 1-4 bill depending on the interest and terms of the bond.
