Unacceptable that there hasn't even been a ccp post saying, "we're aware and we're working on it".
Again, massive communications failure. Just shows that the recent blog post and meeting was largely lip service to try and shut people up.
I mean really? YOu have a serious outage and you go AWOL and don't communicate with those effected? Things happen, things break. Fine. I'm ok with that. But to ignore it and just not communicate is terrible customer service. Remember, we are paying for access.

I'll make you some camomile tea....it helps with blood pressure and stress. Rather than rant ppl should take constructive action and post a petition rather then simply assume forums are watched 24/7.

Status Unknown, just let us know what to expect CCP. We are mostly adults and understand there will be issues from time to time. Give us an estimate of when the server will be fixed and maybe what the issue is to keep us in the loop, if you would please. Thank you.
