Hi all.
Just to let you know I have resigned as a director of the BSAC Board.
I know I should have posted earlier, sorry - but that is one of the problems - very little free time.

I hereby offer my resignation from the BSAC Board of Directors.
I am unable to complete my responsibilities as a member of the Board due to lack of time. This is my overwatch duties as well as offering opinions/feedback on current/future developments.
I hope that BSAC can continue to flourish, and prove that a pratically one man run operation can balk the trend of scams and failures.

PS.
I will post this on the forums a couple of days later, probably after the Cash Reserve closure notice.
I will say now that I still, currently (at least until Block sees this I guess), have my BoD access and can confirm that a large part (90% odd?) of the Cash Reserve has successfully been withdrawn. Remember I have no direct wallet access and so see the figures "second hand" but I have not seen anyone saying they have not got their withdrawals.
On a personal level, I have been impressed with the amount of work Block has put in to things, and his willingness to listen and explain things.

Pretend that you are going to be making sure brock handles the oodles of isk responsably while doing absolutely nothing and occasionally posting to placate the plebs.
Hint towards the fact that you will produce a full audit soon, but never show anything. Belive brock's constant delays in providing you the information and justify it to the plebs.
Oh, and occasionally he asks for sexual favours.

We are looking for someone interested in the stock market financial advisory area. The applicant must have demonstrated great interest in seeing the secondary market flourish. Primary duty is to oversee the BSAC Exchange, ensure proper operation, and look after the shareholderÆs best interests. If you own one share of BSAC, BSAMR, BSAMT, or any of the Mineral Indices, then you are consider a shareholder. You get to vote once, and your vote is weighted according to the number of "common stock" shares you own.
Tickers BSAC, BSAMR, and BSAMT are weighted one ot one. Mineral Indices are weighted according to the prospectus.

I too would like to apply for directorship of this prestigious company. I promise to look the other way for a mere 25 mil a year - make it 50 and I will get my cheerleading outfit on from time to time as well.

That's pretty cheap Block I'd take him up on that.
It's easy to "look the other way" when there is nothing wrong going on. So his cost for his silence of the obvious is pretty damn cheap.

I would like to apply for the position.
I am rather new to EVE, but I was a commodities analyst and then commodities fund manager for Morgan Stanley for 3 years, I was then CEO of a Forex Trading and Services company in London for 2 years.
I have now taken a personal break from work for about a year. I have plenty of time and I still keep my hands busy with finance 24/7. I actually sit on 4 different BoDs in Riga (2 major Northern European Banks, and two "Commodities" companies).
