A superb mining & semi industrial character for sale with 21.7 million skill points.
The character has a high sec status. Skills are listed below with level attained.
This was a miner built from the ground up to mine in nullsec & has superb defence & tanking skills.
Most of the mining characters I have seen are very weak defensively and with this is mind this miner has been trained to have a better chance of survival in more hostile systems.
