I think that they should implament a system were you can buy a total of 5mil SP per character, this amount of skill points is not game breaking and will get more people out there in nicer ships. Also it will generate nice income for CCP aswell.
but there should be restrictions on buying SP's.
Character older than 6 months old can buy all 5mill SP at one time
Character 0-6 months old should only be able to buy 1mil SP per month
this gives newer player a boost in skill point and plenty of time to learn game mechanics aswell

doesn't sound like a plan to me, but if they ever did, it should be 1 plex per 50,000 pts applicable only once per day. That would come to about 6500 per year cash if they bought one plex per day for skil, that should really cut back the pay to win suckers.
Plex would become freaking GOLD!

Not really.
Most of those are asking way too much and the others just have idiotic names. The ability to buy SP's for 14.95 is perfectly fine since that is how the game already works anyways. Except it takes 1 month to claim those SP right now. A similar system would simply speed up the claims process.

You pay 14,95 to have access to the server for one month on that account. You are not buying the skillpoints it is possible to accrue during that time.

It seems that the amount of similar post on this subject could be an effort to fake grass roots a reason for such an introduction.
Just maybe, an initial attempt at market place / customer perception manipulation
