There should be a module that counteracts energy neutralizers and the Nos.
This module could be a med slot item that reduces enemy energy neutralizer or transfer (Nos) effectiveness by 50%-75%.

Well at the end of the day it's just an idea and that is what this forum is for.
Can you explain why you think counteracting neuts is bad considering we have things to counteract ECM?
I guess, when you think about it ECM is the counter to everything... Which cements my belief that caldari are OP. |

its a bad idea because cap draining already has mutable counters. Example.
Cap boosters. Missles. Projectiles. Fitting more cap recharge mods. Keeping range. Cap battery's. Being counter neuted.
Also for ever 1 neut your taking a high slot High slots = Damage. The only real ship I have seen that can throw out alot of DPS and respectable nuting is a Typhoon. |

I see your point shadow but things are very different when you only fly Gallente. |

You can always be the noob who uses Drones. But honestly train some projectile skills Gallente ships can run them quite well and if you know your going to get neuted bring a auto-cannon boat. |
