Hi,
i just flew through Vale of the silent and Tribute and noticed, while there are just a few pilots, there are sooo many contracts and market orders far under the jita price.
There are even fully fitted ships like basilisks for 85mil on contract.
85mil!! Fully T2 fitted!! The ship alone cost 114mil in jita!
And millions of minerals half the jita price!! WTF!?!
Sadly i can't dock there. 
Is no one able to dock there? If i could, i would jump all the stuff out to jita and make some billions within half a day.

To elaborate, a large coallition of several alliances, calling themselves the Northern Coalition (NC) used to own these two regions. Under combined pressure from their enemies, mostly the Drone Region Federation (DRF) and the Pandemic Legion (PL), they lost these two regions rather rapidly. Pilots of the NC found themselves with assets in stations they no longer have access to, and so they want to get rid of them fast and make at least a bit of money out of it. |

Ok, i think i got it. Thx for the informations.
So basically only the new owners can make profit out of this firesales. :( |

Nothing's stopping you from buying and relisting at a fair price.
Or, alternatively, buying, then putting up an outbound courier contract with a fair collateral and decent reward. |

They can only prevent you from docking, not from buying and reselling (with the relevant skills). |

Actually they do get picked up if the reward is decent and its set to Jita. |

Whoever the current owners allow to dock.
Owner corp for sure, owner alliance most likely, a few blues probably.

the current owners haulers will do this. If your heading out there anyway with a empty cargo bay you would be stupid not to. Especialy if your someone who wants to keep there IG rep.

Contracts are soo cheap in vale because i havnt bought everything yet. can only move so much stuck to jita at a time with 1 out of allaicne freighter.
