Why don't you link some websites or forums you've coded publicly? I don't imagine TS3 registration is hard what so ever to the extent people would pay isk.

looking for help getting SurvivEve.com to do what I want it to do.
Nothing crazy... need a main page, links to the wiki and the forums and more help with the wiki on the technical side.
If you know anyone who does graphics let me know how much isk they want ( and what their work looks like )

Fascinating.
I was also wondering how a potential customer could try to make an exchange (ISK for code/app) as secure as possible as the code is a non-game item. I guess it isn't possible at all. He could just run with your money and not deliver jack.
But in your case, you didn't send the ISK yet. Good job.

Confirmed. Was understandably dubious but contacted him in-game anyway on the off-chance his work was amazing and would save me reinventing the wheel for our corp site. Plus I just like looking at websites, and I'm sure EVE houses its fair share of talented designers/developers.
No example sites were shown, he expressed shock that I would expect some sort of milestone payment system as you'd pay for a site irl rather than just obliviously send him billions of isk upfront, and then despite being told we were "considering the options" approached our CEO directly demanding payment for something that he claimed had all been sorted out with me and was already built.

He screamed scammer when he refused to link anything he may have done in the past. Setting up forums isn't secret bsns.
If anyone has something interesting/new they'd like coded, I'm terrible at design, give me an eve-mail. If I think it's interesting I'll code it for whatever price you feel it garners.
