Been out for quite a time and recently have been reading about the monoclegate so, perhaps I've missed something about what is going to be the winter expansion. Will it open the doors to full stations? will it add some new tool in space?
Any detail emerged?

From my understanding the rest of the "Summer Expansion" will contain the other Captain's Quarters and maybe some more customization options, the "Winter Expansion" will bring multiplayer to stations.

Nothing substancial. They'll try to fix nullsec but the only guy who can say anything substancial about it something about it is on a holiday. He's going to be back in 3 weeks.
You can expect more fancy clothes though.

This winter CCP has decided to open stations up completely. There will be countless things to do, that are better than you can imagine.
6 months after this winter release the station doors will be closed yet again. You will not be able to undock any ships at all, and will be restricted to station only environments.
Have fun. PVP will be for the elite only.

It'll have:
- Bugs
- BUGS!
- Some more bugs just for variety
- Half finished new content
- Broken new content
- Half-assed fixing of old broken content, probably with new bugs
- Some kind of storyline that will suddenly end and become utterly meaningless after a few weeks
- One single polished but meaningless feature totted around as the next best thing to sliced bread, just with more innovation, yay and awesome that is about as deep as the gold plating on the monocle
- And I guess they'll break 0.0 some more
Hint: If you want to stay unaffected by CCP's development and 'fixing' or 'balancing', train mining and stick to it, they'll never do anything with it ever again.
