In case this isn't a troll:
a) you might do better in the new player forum board
b) people in this board would be unlikely to do jack for 200k
c) thats a really wide ranging question. I've been playing for about 5 years and I couldn't explain everything. I doubt many could.
d) I really hope that isn't the email address your eve account is registered to, else it is gonna be hacked pretty damn quickly. I've reported your post to a mod to get it removed but unsure if it will still show up in eve-search.
You are gonna have to pull your finger out of your ass and work out what you want to know - Google 'isk 2.0' to get you started.

Do the tutorials and apply for a corp to teach you. EVE University focus on training new players, for example. Also 200k is nothing, you will get more than that in some corps for free along with the training. And why Market Discussions? Very wrong forum.

First, i would edit your post to delete your email/screenname or else you will be ****d by trolling.
Second, unless you want to do marketing, etc. this is the wrong board.
Thirdly, 200k might seem like alot to you, but 200k wont buy me ammo for my next mission/roam, so keep your money.
Lastly, we need to know alot more about what youre looking to do. Just saying "I need help" is like asking whats in the encyclopedia.

ok. sry for my falures. This is no game for me i think. every tutorial im reading is already beginning with all kinds of technical terms and im not a native english speaker, so i cant even guess what they should mean. My problem is i dont know anyone who playes the game. Once a corp offered me to join them but i somehow closed the chat window, and i have no idea of how to find this corp or find ANY corp. The only thing i got to know about the game is, that i pay too much taxis due to being in a npc Corp. I even know what a npc is, but not what a corp does...

Thanks for editing your first post. I'd apologise for my rage but a) you didn't read my initial post properly and b) I've given up smoking today.
Click on this link here. It is a guide (in english unfortunately) on how to do a great many things in eve.
Secondly the forum board best suited for questions such as these is here.
Don't go offering out your 200k, hold on to it as you will need it. As a recompense for my rage I'll even top it up a little bit when I can log in tomorrow.
I'll send this post to you in game as well in case you arent gonna check this thread again. Seriously this link will give you the best possible foundation, presuming you can read it. But if you can't read it, nothing else anyone else says to you will make any sense either.
It's been a long time since I was a new player, but you should still have a few chat channels you can ask these questions in as well.

Don't give up on the game. it's the toughest game to crack out here but it's worth while.
The best thing is to go back to your station and then do as many tutorial missions as you can. You then will have an idea of what to do. Secondly, find the PDF file ISK 2.0 and then read that.
I've been playing for four years I think and I still don't know what to do. At the moment I finding new and inventive ways to bankrupt myself with in-station trading.

Good Job knanid! And great advice as well. The ISK 2.0 guide is a great reference or players, new and old, to have on hand.
Also moved to New Citizen Q&A.

yes. i already started to read the isk. Its hard but it'll help. You shouldn't feel sry, it was really my fault. If this game wouldnt be so expensive i wouldnt have been so angry, as im a pupil, it takes half of my monthly income xD

Well, if you are a pupil then be heartened bu by the fact that if you can make something like 400,000 ISK a month (it seems an impossible figure now but I am going to try this with getting two alts to trade and with mining) then one can play for free.
So, there is always the goal of playing for nothing.
Mind you, the way that I am going I will never get there. Read that ISK manual, have a chat on the New Pilots section and get to grips with the game. It's not as bad as it seems but what does seem to throw people is that there are no character classes.
For example, I am going to be a trader for a few months. One of my characters may get involved with piracy - I don't know but I am sure that there is a bar on a rock in Low Sec which needs to be opened.
Fly safe.

Oops, thanks.
One of the reasons why I am so poor at trading may well be illustrated right there. Thanks for the correction.

You can make some 3-4MIL out of the tutorial missions alone...
...you are doing something very very wrong here, my good man.
Open up the Help Menu (F12) ingame and fly to any Tutorial Agent and get crackin'!

Yeah, if you are well enough versed in English to get here and contribute, you shouldn't have any problem getting through the tutorials... perhaps if you post certain game concepts you are having trouble with, folks could be of more assistance.

Just so you know, the language used by EVE players is very slang heavy. Even native English speakers who are new to the game can rarely understand it without proper training. So dont worry.
