Hello everyone!
I am a pretty new trader and right now I am pretty close to have my first billion ISK. Right now I am station trading, but I am also looking into inter-regio trading. Well the loan is basically for being able to make some profit from inter-regio trading, as well being able to still earn ISK from station trading.
This loan would be without colleteral.
Investment: 1 billion ISK
Interest Rate: 30%
Collateralized: No
Runtime: 1 month
Start date: As soon as I got the ISK
Risk:
The worst thing that could happen, would be that I don't make any big profits or end up not making profit at all. Since I already have nearly 1 billion myself, there is no problem paying back the loan and the interest.
Why such a high interest?
First of all, I really need some more ISK, to expand my trading bussines. Also I know that I can almost double my ISK in about a week if I am seriouse and in about a month if I am not playing that much.

I'm sorry but 30% interest and no collateral doesn't look good my friend. Couple this with the fact that you just stated you can "Make double in a week, or in a month if I'm not trying." What you are asking to is double your isk, so why don't you just "Work hard for a week" and then not have to have the loan?

Ok, thanks for the questions.
I know that 1 billion without colleteral is a high risk. Thats why I wanted to at least give the person willing to risk this a high enough interest, to repay his courage.
To the other points:
Right now I am training my industrial skill, to be able to fly a freighter soon. I want to use this freighter to be able to do inter-regio trades. Since going in an industrial or using courier contracts isn't the way to go for that.
But with a freigter, I also need the ISK to fill it. Lets say I would be able to double, my ISK in the next month, or trippel it, that would give me roughly 3 billion. Around 1 billion would be needed to get the freighter and the skill. That would leave me with 2 billion liquide ISK. That isn't really that much for what I am planning to do, since I also want to be able to make a decent profit, from my current ventures (station trading).
With the loan, I would be able to be at 4 or maybe even 6 billion after one month. Giving me the opportunity to invest much more into my new idea.

This is an excellent point. If you can get 1B in a week... why bother trying to get a bond for it? Spend a week working to make your 1B, and KEEP THE PROFIT.
I do station trading myself on an alt, and while I turn a tidy profit (until I buy into hype on something and am stupid), doubling your money from 1B in a week is a tough sell. In a month, possibly. In a week... doubt it.

First of all, sorry there was a type, which is now fixed! I ment, that I actually can double my ISK in a timespan of about two weeks, when I am doing a lot.

Please look up the character info carefully. I am playing for about a month, the 9 days, is the time I spent in my corp.
Also, I payed the game before, for a while, so I have a decent knowledge of the ingame market.

Same. I received no ISK from you. And also you couldn't just have miss spelled my name, since I checked and there is no other character which name is remotly the same as mine.
