in low sec you are much more likely to get jumped as its easier to fly around most low sec than alliance held 0.0 i know theres lots of mission runners who have alts in the low sec system next to them that do nothing but scan for pve'ers and then just gank them accordingly

Biggest I have seen is a 6/10 in lowsec. There might be higher, but I wouldn't expect any 8/10.

Well, the Blood Raiders 6/10 can drop an A-Type EANM which go for 1.2b currently.
I'm not sure anything from the Nullsec plexes can drop of that range except maybe some X-Type modules or Pirate BS BPCs.

You get all the same plexes as empire in 0.0, just as you get the same high sec plexes in low sec.
Low sec plexes are still very profitable to run.

I've run a load out of low sec. Here are the facts.
- You get people trying to gank you
- Sometimes you will get caught and ganked
- A T3 or cloak+mwd ishtar with a probe launcher helps avoid this a lot
- They are on a par with a L4 mission in terms of rats
- Sometimes they escalate... to null sec
- The ones that do normally bring in 500mil - 1bil loot in my experience
I've made a lot of ISK through them but I guess if you have a good 0.0 plex setup then that is better.
